Our Standard Studio Rental gives you access to 1,500 square feet of versatile creative space, thoughtfully designed to accommodate everything from photography and branding sessions to content creation, beauty shoots, and creative projects. Your rental includes access to our cyclorama wall, a selection of seamless paper backdrops, and a wide range of props and studio pieces to help bring your vision to life. With an open, flexible layout and a variety of creative elements at your fingertips, you have the freedom to create multiple looks within one space—without the limitations of a traditional studio. Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation + Payments: Payment is due in full upon booking to secure your date. All bookings are non-refundable. No-shows and cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice so we can assist with rescheduling based on availability. All reschedules must be completed within 10-14 days of the original booking date. Studio Rules: All setup, shooting, and cleanup must be completed within your paid rental time. Please remove all belongings and dispose of all trash at the end of your session. Excessive trash or debris left behind will result in a cleaning fee starting at $100. Same-day extensions are based on availability and must be approved prior to extending your session. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at $50 per half hour. Absolutely no pets are allowed. Ka Makana Ali'i does not permit pets inside the mall. Open flames, smoking, illegal activity, or unsafe practices are strictly prohibited. All children must be supervised at all times. Studio Equipment and Property: Please respect all studio equipment, furniture, props, and property. Any damage, loss, or breakage will be billed at the full repair or replacement cost. Clients are responsible for all equipment and property while using the studio. Outstanding charges must be paid promptly to avoid restrictions on future bookings. Cyclorama Wall Rules: The cyclorama wall is a delicate specialty surface requiring proper care. The curved transition areas (bends/corners) are especially fragile. Please remain in the center portion of the wall whenever possible. Do not jump, climb, drag heavy equipment, or step on the curved edges. Use caution with shoes, props, and equipment that may damage the surface. Children must be supervised at all times and may not climb, jump, or play on the cyclorama wall. Any damage to the cyclorama wall, including cracks, dents, scuffs, marks, or repairs needed due to misuse, will result in a repair fee starting at $250. Additional costs may apply based on the extent of damage. Liability and Compliance: The renter agrees to hold The Gallery By DTC harmless and assumes full responsibility for any claims, damages, or injuries arising from their use of the space. The Gallery By DTC is not responsible for cancellations caused by emergencies or natural disasters. When possible, a rebooking credit may be provided with appropriate notice.
